Scholarship Rules

1. All high school seniors must submit acceptance letter from college/university you will attend.

2. All applicants must be a high school graduate or have a GED.

3. All Applicants must have two letter of recommendation one must be from a teacher or professor.

4. All applicants must have a learning disability and provide proof (Example of proof): Testing by a license Psychologist or Individual Education plan (IEP) paperwork from high school for the last two years.

5. All applicants must provide a 500 word essay on goals during and after college.

6. All applicants must submit proof of community and/or public service. ( Letter from the company)

7. All applicants must provide official transcripts from high school are college.

8. All applicants must re-apply every year

9. All applicants must be a US resident and submit proof (utility bill in your name or parents name)
